To reserve the Club Room, please do so at least 5 days prior to the date of the event in order to give the Board ample time for any needed approvals and to notify staff to ensure sufficient room preparation time. You can find the Club Room Reservation Request Form in the document library.
We encourage all residents to take advantage of our wonderful amenities, but please be respectful as this is communal property. Here's a bullet list of things to consider when reserving the Club Room for your party or event:
- Club Room Hours: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM - Sunday through Thursday
9:00 AM to 12:00 AM - Friday & Saturday
- A refundable security deposit must be submitted to reserve a date.
- The homeowner reserving the room must be in attendance at the event.
- No commercial filming without a permit.
- No pets are allowed in the Club Room.
- The Club Room must be returned to "as found" condition following your event.
