Urgent Towing Notice
Please note, if you or your guest's vehicle is parked in the guest parking located on ther Upper Level, you MUST have a guest pass displayed.
Homeowner vehicles are only allowed to park in the guest parking for a short period of time, for loading and unloading only. If a pass is not displayed, the vehicle will be TOWED immediately.
The parking policy is currently in effect and it can be found in the Rules and Regulations of 133 Promenade Walk Corporation. If you do not have a pass, or have lost your pass please come by the HOA office, and a new pass will be issued to you.
